All Sales Are Final - No Refunds
Buyers assume all risks associated with the transportation of merchandise picked up. Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering, as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large, that the seller cannot move, haul or rearrange old furniture. Seller makes no warranty beyond any written description itemized on this order. Such disclaimer does not affect manufacturer warranty, if any. Seller will assist the buyer in the exercise of all warranties
Due to supply shortages merchandise availability and transit times have been severely impacted. We order all merchandise and do not have stock in our stores. Please allow 4-12 weeks for orders. Merchandise could arrive earlier but to be safe we are advising customers that there could be delays that are outside of our control. If the transaction is cancelled during this period a processing reversal fee of $99 will be assessed. All cancellations are also subject to 30% restocking fee if order is cancelled after merchandise arrives at retailer warehouse.
