How do I pay for my order?

Payless Furniture and Mattress accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash, or Personal Checks in store. Via mail, we only accept Certified Checks or Money Orders. Payment in full is required before shipment. If you decide to mail in your payment, please send it along with a print out of your order to:

Payless Furniture and Mattress periodically offers special financing that includes no interest and no payments for a specified amount of time (to qualified applicants). What warranties do you offer?

We carry products from some of the best furniture manufacturers in the country, and will meet, if not ‘beat the price’ for any identical item you see elsewhere. That’s right, because we value your business, Payless Furniture and Mattress will meet and beat any price seen for the same merchandise.
Before you purchase an item, if you find the identical model/item advertised at one of our competitors for less, bring us the ad. Payless Furniture and Mattress will match or beat that price. GUARANTEED!

Any other warranty, if any, is the warranty provided by the manufacturer, which is generally limited to defects in materials and workmanship. A copy is available from us upon request and may be included with your order.

What is your cancellation / return policy?

As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process from your chosen furniture manufacturer. Once the order is placed, Payless Furniture and Mattress and its respective customers each become financially obligated to purchase the products ordered. Therefore, Payless Furniture and Mattress is not able to accept cancellations in whole or in part.
If a cancellation is permitted, all cancelled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of thirty percent (30%) of the order, or portion of an order cancelled plus actual shipping charges.

What are your shipping charges?

Product prices do not include shipping and handling, as these fees are paid at the time of delivery. Estimated shipping costs are provided in good faith, but may vary. Shipping is by independent contract carriers, who are obligated to fulfill delivery of your order. They will contact you prior to delivery, so as to establish an approximate time window for you to receive your delivery. If no one is at home to receive your delivery, a repeat delivery charge will be incurred. Remote or inaccessible delivery areas may be subject to surcharge, or you may be required to take delivery at a location acceptable to our contractors.
If you choose to pick up your merchandise at our factory, we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Can I ship my order in stages?

Delivery of your order will be made at one time. If you require part of your order to be shipped in stages, please let us know at the time that you order by sending an e-mail to and we will do our best to comply. Additional charges may apply.

Can an order be shipped internationally?

At this time, Payless Furniture and Mattress primarily ships merchandise to the 48 contiguous states. Please contact for specific information regarding shipping outside the US.
